What is the first step in getting help?

How long does treatment take?

Duration is individualized — based on severity, medical necessity, and clinical progress. Length of stay follows clinical need, not a calendar. Your treatment plan is customized and adjusted as you progress. Call admissions to talk through what's likely for your specific situation.

Can I use medication-assisted treatment (MAT)?

Yes. We will offer medication-assisted treatment for opioid use disorder, using Suboxone, Subutex and Vivitrol, delivered inside residential care. MAT reduces withdrawal and cravings so you can engage fully in therapy.

What happens after treatment ends?

Discharge and continuing-care planning will be built with you during the stay, not handed to you at the door. What that looks like — outpatient follow-on, medication continuity, recovery support groups — is set by the clinical team, and none of it is settled until Golden Grove is licensed and staffed. Admissions can tell you where that stands. Discharge planning starts well before discharge.

Do you accept visitors during treatment?

Family involvement will be part of the residential program. The specifics — who can visit and when — are set by the clinical team once someone is admitted, so admissions can tell you where that stands. Admissions can talk through what that looks like on the call.

What if I can't afford treatment?

Coverage gets checked on the call, before you commit to anything. Golden Grove will accept Kentucky Medicaid and most major insurance plans, and admissions will discuss options based on your situation. Coverage check happens on the call.
