Treatment team disciplines.
Recovery isn't one role's job. These are the disciplines being hired.
Addiction medicine physician
Will lead medication-assisted treatment (MAT) and ongoing medication management throughout residential care.
Psychiatric provider
Will provide integrated dual-diagnosis mental health care for co-occurring anxiety, depression, and PTSD/trauma alongside substance use.
Licensed clinical therapists
Will provide individual therapy throughout treatment, plus group facilitation in cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and trauma-informed modalities.
Case management
Insurance coordination, discharge planning, family support, and continuity of care across the treatment team.
Nursing
Will provide nursing cover across residential care — the first eyes on symptoms and the first hands on medication.
Peer recovery support
Will provide peer support alongside clinical care, from people with lived recovery experience themselves.
