The call

A clinical conversation
While you're on the phone, we talk through what's going on with your substance use, mental health, and current safety. This is a conversation, not a full clinical assessment — that comes after you arrive.
Authorization
We will submit any required authorization and move on it right away. Authorization can come back as fast as same day.
Scheduling
With authorization in hand, admissions schedules your admission for when Golden Grove opens and walks through what to expect on arrival.
Welcome to Golden Grove
Intake will include a medical evaluation and paperwork. Medication management is part of the clinical plan from day one when appropriate.
Treatment
Residential care follows a structured schedule, with co-occurring disorders care and medication-assisted treatment as part of the plan where it fits.
Discharge planning
Discharge planning starts at the start of treatment, not the end. By the time you leave, you have a clear continuing-care plan.
